EMPLOYEE HEALTH CLINIC

 

The Healthcare Center is created for the exclusive use of employees and dependents of Warren Township who are covered under the Township-sponsored medical plan. The Healthcare Center is staffed by Board-Certified Family Practice physicians who can evaluate and treat your entire family for a wide variety of ailments.

The Center will offer all of the services provided in a typical physician office including: physical evaluation and treatment for everything from the flu to complicated chronic diseases, DOT physical examinations, immunizations and on-site lab services.

You will need to create a "myCommunity" account before scheduling an appointment. Once you have created your account, it is as easy as logging on to schedule an appointment, make changes to your profile, etc. This link can be accessed from within the district or from your home computer.
