Good evening, this is Rich Shepler, principal of Warren Central High School.  We are excited to welcome all students back this week.  Students with last names A-K will attend school in person on Thursday, August 6th for the first black day.  Students with last names L-Z will attend school in person on Friday, August 7th, the first gold day.  All students should log onto their canvas accounts and emails each day they are working virtually from home.

For everyone’s safety, it is essential that students only attend in person on their assigned school days.   Students must wear school appropriate masks and IDs with lanyards at all times and maintain social distancing with those around them.

Warren Central High School is currently not accepting visitors to the building.  If you have an essential need, please contact your student’s cohort office to schedule an appointment.  We will accommodate appointments virtually when possible.

ParentVue is our new Parent Portal for communicating information with our parents. ParentVue activation letters were mailed to families this week. For our families without an address on file, they will need to complete the Google Form located on the Parent Portal page under the Parents tab. Once activated, parents will be able to access bus information, teacher information, and other student information in their ParentVue account.

For those students who will be riding a bus to and from school, you can expect to receive a personal phone call from your child’s bus driver prior to the first day of school. If you do not receive a call or have questions about transportation, please call 317-532-2820.

Car rider drop of for the 2020-2021 school year, will take place at Door 1 of the high school.  Please enter our campus from 21st street or Mitthoffer Road.  All cars will exit to the East.  Please note car riders may not be dropped off on the south side of the building.

Additionally, schedules will be ready for the week of August 3rd. We would like to encourage all students to continue to check their emails for important information from their counselors when their schedules are released.  If you have registration needs of any kind, please reach out to the high school main office at 317-532-6200 and you will be directed to the appropriate cohort team.

This year’s back to school night and cohort parent meetings will be hosted as virtual webinars.  Please stay tuned for information on dates and times.

As always, please make sure to check your email, the Warren Township app, and social media for continued updates.  Thank you and have a good evening.
