2010 Technical Theatre State Champions Warren Central students competed against 44 students from 12 different schools and finished 1st in the Technical Theatre Olympics. Congratulations!
Lowell Elementary earns Four Star School Award! Four Star Schools represent the top 25 percent of schools in Indiana. The award was given to 188 schools in Indiana for their attendance rate, student achievement and performance on the I-STEP+. Lowell also received Four Star status in 2001, 2003, 2005, and 2007.
High School Course Opportunities
Please be aware of the following educational opportunities at WCHS, starting with the 2010-2011 school year. We will now be offering courses for credit in JR Marine Corp ROTC, Advanced Placement Statistics in math, and Scientific Innovations in the biomedical field. The Will Power Race 4 Riley is March 20, 2010! Save the date and prepare yourself for our 10k Run/Walk, 5k Run/Walk, or 1 mile Family Walk benefiting Riley Hospital for Children.
The event takes place at Warren Central High School, 9500 E. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229. The 10k and 5k will traverse through the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods. The 1 mile family walk winds its way around the campus of Warren Central High School.

To ensure our students have focused instruction in preparation for ISTEP testing in the spring, Warren Township schools will not be hosting educator visitors from other school districts beginning January 1 - May 8, 2010.

- Warren Central Fieldhouse open for area residents - The indoor track at the Warren Central Fieldhouse provides an opportunity to use walking as a way to achieve better health, develop a level of physical activity, help lower blood pressure, and reduce stress. The fieldhouse , 9500 E. 16th St, Door #14, is open to all Warren Township residents, age 21 and older. You must show a valid driver license with proof of address.
