Greetings, this is Mrs. Taylor proud principal of Warren Central High School calling with a few reminders and updates.

This Monday, February 6th is the last day to turn in missing work before MQ3 grades are posted. Please ensure students check their StudentVue for missing or late assignments, and/or check in with their teachers to ensure they meet the grading deadline. As the school year quickly winds down please note that there are plenty of opportunities for students to get additional support with school work. Tutoring continues to be offered on Mondays and Thursdays after school from 2:30-3:45 and Moorhead Community Resource Center also continues to offer tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30. Do not hesitate to reach out to your students counselor or academic coach for information on additional resources.

Summer school sign up is underway. This year we are excited to return to in person summer school classes. The link for summer school sign up has been sent to all students and can be found in the school newsletter. To sign up students will need to sign up from their school issued email. Reach out to your students counselor for any clarifying questions or to determine the best class for your student to take this summer. There are classes that allow students to get caught up and classes that  provide an opportunity for students to get ahead. Please encourage your students to take advantage of this opportunity.

Also, MSD Warren Township, in collaboration with community partners, will host its second school safety and security community forum on Monday, March 13th. The forum will be held at Creston Intermediate Middle School from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Finally, I want to give a huge shout out to the junior class that showed up in full force to take the mandated SAT assessment. We have currently tested 96% of our students and hope to hit the 100% mark prior to the April deadline. Thank you parents for ensuring your students were present and ready to test.

Have a great evening!
