Greetings, this is Mrs. Taylor, proud principal of the Renaissance School!
Congratulations on completing the first week of the 2026–2027 school year! I want to thank our students, families, and staff for helping us get the year off to a great start. It has been wonderful to see our students engaged in learning, building positive relationships, and settling into their new routines.
As we begin our second week, I want to remind everyone of the importance of arriving at school and to class on time each day. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to academic success, and every minute of instruction matters.
I also want to thank our students and families for their support of our no-personal-device policy. Our students have done an outstanding job meeting expectations and creating classrooms that are focused on learning and free from unnecessary distractions. Thank you for partnering with us to help our students be successful.
Finally, we invite all Renaissance students and their families to attend our Back-to-School Night on Thursday, August 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your student's teachers, learn about course expectations, explore extracurricular opportunities, and strengthen the partnership between home and school.
