Good Afternoon, Warren Scholars, Families, and Staff,
We have a few important announcements for our last week of the school year.
It brings me great joy to recognize some of our incredible Warren teachers and staff as we end this school year. Congratulations to the following staff being recognized as employees of the year.
Elementary New Teacher of the Year - Raven Henry from Lakeside Elementary
Secondary New Teacher of the Year - Natalie Rubaclava from Stonybrook IMS
Elementary Support Staff Person of the Year - Yvette Glenn from Pleasant Run Elementary
Secondary Support Person of the Year - Cheryl Colbert from Creston IMS
Elementary Teacher of the Year - Andrea Washington from Eastridge Elementary
Secondary Teacher of the Year - Emily Benefiel from Stonybrook IMS
District Support Staff Person of the Year - Martin Moore from Transportation
District Administrator of the Year - Masimba Rusununguko-Taylor from Warren Central High School.
These individuals go above and beyond for our students, and they exemplify the quality of educators we have in Warren. Congratulations!
Warren Summer Nutrition Program
Warren, in partnership with Chartwells, will be serving FREE Summer Breakfast and Lunch Meals this summer for anyone 18 years and younger. Meals will not be served on June 19th and July 4th in observance of federal holidays. Please see the attached flyer for locations and times. You can also visit the Nutrislice website for daily menus.
If you have a 2nd or 3rd grader that is participating in Summer School, we look forward to seeing them on Tuesday, June 4th. If you have a senior graduating, we look forward to celebrating them on Sunday, June 2nd at the Indiana State Fairgrounds!
Congratulations to all of our students on an outstanding school year. I hope everyone has a fun and exciting summer, and we will see you in July!
